Buy A Safe
Took over a struggling Magento store, fixed tracking, then migrated the entire site to Shopify with custom CRO sections built around the audience.
Buy A Safe provides affordable, certified protection for Australian families and businesses. When they joined us in March 2025, their Google Ads were under-performing under a previous agency, and a legacy Magento website was holding back growth.
We took over the account immediately, fixed broken conversion tracking, and consolidated ad budget toward high-performing categories and genuine premium brands. Late 2025 we executed a full Shopify migration with custom CRO sections built around the audience. The combined work lifted Google Ads ROAS from 1.59x in January 2025 to a peak of 7.63x by January 2026.
Leisures Shoe Boutique
Overhauled the website for speed and checkout, fixed payment options, then rebuilt every advertising campaign from scratch.
Leisures specialises in top European shoe brands and styles. Founded in 1999, it expanded to seven stores in NSW but could not get a foothold in online sales. After several attempts at increasing online sales, Leisures turned to us to overhaul their website and digital marketing campaigns.
The first stage was fixing issues on the website, with improvements made to website functionality, page load time and payment options. We then completely replaced all advertising campaigns, focusing on best-practice campaigns, structure and budget utilisation. The result was an 86% revenue lift and a 50% ROAS lift on Google Ads alongside the rebuild.

How long does a website build take?
For most marketing websites we deliver in 6 to 10 weeks from kickoff. For ecommerce builds and migrations, the typical range is 10 to 16 weeks depending on product catalogue size, integrations and the platform you are migrating from. We agree the timeline up front and give you a weekly status update so there is no mystery month where nothing seems to happen.
What does a website build cost?
Marketing and brochure sites typically start around $12,000 and scale up depending on page count and complexity. Ecommerce builds and migrations typically start around $25,000 and scale with catalogue size, integrations and CRO scope. We will quote a fixed scope after discovery, so there is no creep mid-project.
Do you handle migrations from Magento or WooCommerce?
Yes. We have moved stores from both onto Shopify with URL mapping, redirect plans, product data integrity, customer account migration and SEO preservation built into the project plan. The Buy A Safe case study above is exactly that move from Magento to Shopify with custom CRO sections.
Do you build on platforms other than Shopify?
Yes. For ecommerce we are Shopify-first because the platform genuinely fits most Australian businesses, but we also work with WooCommerce and headless builds. For marketing and service sites we work in WordPress, Webflow or custom code depending on the brief. We pick the platform that fits the business, not the platform we want to sell.
Do you provide ongoing maintenance after launch?
Yes. We offer a structured 90-day CRO program after launch and ongoing monthly maintenance retainers. Maintenance covers platform updates, bug fixes, design tweaks, performance reviews and a steady drumbeat of A/B testing rather than just keeping the lights on.
Who owns the site, the design files and the code?
