- 02 Senior-led, always. The strategist on your first call is the one in your account every week. No junior hand-off after sign-up, no "let me check with the team".
- 03 Revenue over vanity. If a metric does not connect to pipeline, revenue, or retention, we do not report it. Impressions are not currency.
- 04 Test small, scale proven. Disciplined 10 to 20 percent test budgets. Winners get scaled, losers get killed fast. No sacred cows, no pet campaigns.
- 05 Month-to-month. Always. No 12-month contracts, no exit penalties. If we are not earning our keep, you walk. Keeps us honest, keeps us sharp.
