UX Design Agency Australia
A brand that looks the part, and a website that actually does the work.
Senior UI/UX design for Australian businesses. We run user research, wireframes, prototypes, full visual design in Figma, design systems and developer-ready handoff files. A specialist Figma design agency and UI UX design Adelaide team, working as your in-house UX designer in Australia and delivering UI design services and user experience design nationwide. No lock-in contracts. First draft in two weeks.
Bad design is more expensive than good design.
A weak brand and a confusing website cost you money every day. Visitors leave, ad spend wastes, and your team spends hours tidying up slides, social posts and email signatures that never quite match.

01
Your brand looks different on every channel
Website, Instagram, Google profile, invoice, pitch deck: five different colours, three different logos. Nobody remembers a brand that cannot decide what it looks like, and Google does not reward inconsistent visual identity either.
-
02
Visitors cannot figure out what to do next
A pretty hero image and a mystery homepage. If the first screen does not answer "what is this and what do I click", you lose the visitor and the ad spend that brought them. UX design is where conversion rates are quietly made or lost.
-
03
The last designer ghosted you
You paid for a site, you cannot find the source files, you cannot edit anything, and every small change means finding someone new and starting from scratch. Owning your Figma files is non-negotiable, not a nice-to-have.

Every tiny design job takes a week
A new social post, an email banner, a one-pager for a client: every single piece becomes a back-and-forth because there is no design system behind the brand. A proper component library turns days of work into minutes.
Six disciplines, one consistent design system.
Most of our clients need a mix of these. Your brand is the foundation, your website is where it earns money, and your design system is what keeps both consistent as you scale.
User research and UX strategy
Customer interviews, usability tests, journey maps and the analytics deep-dive that tells us where your existing site is losing people before we redesign a single screen.
Wireframes and prototypes
Low-fi wireframes for structure, then clickable Figma prototypes so you can test the real flow on a real phone before any visual design or code starts.
Website UI design
Pixel-perfect screens for every breakpoint and state. Built around real conversion goals, not just nice layouts, and pressure-tested against your competitors and your existing analytics.
Figma design systems
Reusable components, tokens, variants and documentation so future updates take minutes instead of days. The thing that makes design scale without falling apart.
Logo and brand identity
Primary logo, secondary lockup, colour palette with exact hex/RGB/CMYK values, type system, and a brand guidelines PDF any future agency or printer can follow without phoning us.
Accessibility and handoff
WCAG-aware colour contrast, focus states, legible type scales and developer-ready handoff with exported assets, specs and a written walkthrough your dev team can actually build from.
Whether you sell products or book jobs, we design for conversion.
Good design looks different for an ecommerce store than it does for a service business taking quotes. We pick the right patterns, the right flow and the right component set for the business you actually run.
For ecommerce stores
- Product page redesigns with real merchandising, social proof and clear add-to-cart hierarchy.
- Collection and category UX with filters, sorts and merch blocks that match how customers actually shop.
- Cart and checkout UX stripped of friction, with mobile-first patterns proven to lift completion rates.
- Mobile-first design for the 70 to 80 percent of traffic that arrives on a phone first.
- Shopify and WooCommerce theme design that works inside the platforms instead of fighting them.
- Conversion-focused UX handed off ready for conversion rate optimisation testing.
For lead-gen and service businesses
- Service page UX that explains complex offers in a single scroll, not a four-page deck.
- Trust signals and proof blocks designed in, not bolted on at the end as an afterthought.
- Enquiry forms and booking flows tuned to feel light, even when you need a lot of information.
- Quote and proposal UX with branded templates that match the brand of the site they came from.
- Landing page design built to convert paid traffic, pairing with our landing pages service.
- Brand-aligned web design that hands off cleanly to our web design team to build.
The design and prototyping stack we actually use.
We design in industry-standard tools your team and your future agencies can pick up without retraining. Every file we hand over opens in the same software the rest of the industry uses, not a proprietary platform you cannot escape.
Also working in Sketch, Webflow, Framer, Adobe XD and InDesign where existing files exist. If your team is already in a tool, we will design inside it rather than force a migration.
Four stages. No silent month-long builds.
Each stage produces something tangible you can look at, react to and approve. No mystery months, no "big reveal" at the end that sends you back to square one.
Discovery and research
A working session to understand your business, your audience, your competitors and the feeling you want your brand to have. We review your existing site, your analytics and any customer feedback. If user interviews are warranted, we run them now.
Direction and wireframes
Mood boards, type and colour explorations, and low-fi wireframes for the key screens. We agree on the look, the feel and the structure before a single pixel of final visual design gets made. Cheaper to redraw a wireframe than a finished page.
Visual design and prototyping
Full UI design in Figma with scheduled check-ins every few days, so you see progress as it happens. Two rounds of structured revisions, plus a clickable prototype tested on real devices before anything goes to development.
Handoff and aftercare
Every working file, every asset, every brand guideline. A 45-minute recorded walkthrough so your team, your devs and your next agency know exactly how the design system works. Thirty days of small-tweak aftercare included.
The disciplines that pair with UX design multiply the impact.
UI/UX design moves the needle on its own. Paired with the disciplines that turn designs into a working website and then drive traffic to it, the return compounds. We run those programmes too, so every piece speaks the same brand language.
One brief, one team, no handoff drama between agencies who blame each other when something breaks.
- Web design to build the site we just designed for you.
- Landing pages for paid campaigns that need their own design treatment.
- Conversion rate optimisation to test design hypotheses with real users post-launch.
- Content marketing to fill the design with words that actually convert.
The boring stuff we put in writing, every time.
Six commitments we make to every design client. Not bonus services, not upsells. The minimum bar for working with us.
No lock-in contracts
Project-based or month to month from day one. Stay because the work is good, not because a contract is forcing you to.
Senior designers only
No juniors learning on your brand. You work directly with the senior UX designer making the decisions and pushing the pixels.
Plain-English feedback rounds
Structured revision sessions with clear notes. No "can you make it pop", no 50-email feedback threads, no surprise round threes.
100% Australian team
Based in North Adelaide. Nothing outsourced overseas. The person designing your site is the person you can phone.
You own everything
Figma files, source assets, brand guidelines and fonts we licence on your behalf all live in your name at handoff. Nothing locked behind our login.
First draft in 2 weeks
Not two months of silence before a big reveal. You see designs early and often, so the final result is no surprise to anyone.
Design that performs, real Australian clients.

Honest answers to the obvious questions.
If your question is not here, the fastest way to get an answer is a 30-minute call.
How long does a full brand and website design take?
A logo and brand identity package typically runs three to four weeks. A full website UI design runs four to six weeks depending on page count and research scope. If you need both, we run them in parallel so the total lands closer to six to eight weeks rather than twelve.
Do I get the editable Figma files?
Always. Every Figma file, every source asset and every font licence we buy on your behalf gets handed over and transferred into your business name. Nothing stays locked behind our account. If we part ways, you keep designing without missing a beat.
Can you work with the brand I already have?
Yes, often. If your brand works but your website does not, we will keep your logo and palette and redesign the site around them. If the brand itself is the thing holding you back, we will tell you honestly during discovery and give you options instead of pretending it is fine.
Do you code the website too, or only design it?
Both, if you want. We can hand off clean design files to your developer, or our in-house web team can build it for you. Most clients prefer the second option because it removes the gap between design intent and built reality. See our web design service for the build side.
What does the user research process actually involve?
It depends on the project. For a redesign, we usually start with analytics, heatmap and session-replay review of your existing site, plus three to five customer interviews. For a new product, we run competitive analysis, target-user interviews and usability tests on early prototypes. We never bill for research nobody is going to read.
What if I want to change something after handoff?
Every project includes 30 days of aftercare for small tweaks. After that, you can either update things yourself using the Figma files we provide, or book design retainer hours with us as needed. Most clients run a few hours a month for ongoing campaign assets and design system upkeep.
How is this priced?
A fixed project fee based on scope. You get a written quote and a deliverable list before we start. No hourly games, no surprise invoices. If scope changes during the project, we agree on the new scope and the new cost in writing before any extra work happens.
Can you work alongside my in-house marketer or developer?
Yes, and we often do. We drop into your Slack or Figma, run the design work, and let your internal team keep doing what they do best. No turf wars, no ego, and clear lanes so nobody trips over each other on the way to launch.
Tell us about your project and we will come back with a clear plan.
