Verified Google Reviews from clients we currently run Meta Ads for.
I have been working with Stuart from Digital Choice for several years, and I cannot recommend him highly enough. Stuart's deep understanding of the subtleties of the advertising landscape has been invaluable. His guidance in optimising our Shopify store and his clear communication have been integral to our business growth. Stuart effortlessly breaks down complex concepts, ensuring we have full visibility into the work he is doing and the value he is providing.
Since we run our webshop in Hungary, we were very happy that we don't have to deal with Hungarian translations, they do that for us. The results have been very promising. We have been able to quickly increase the budget without compromising the return on investment, something we have not been able to do with any other partner. I hope we can continue to work together so effectively for a long time to come.
The best in the business! Stuart and the team at Digital Choice are highly professional in every manner and have delivered amazing results for our e-commerce operation. We couldn't be happier. Thank you to the Digital Choice team for all you have done and continue to do for us!
Most Meta accounts are bleeding money in four predictable places.
If your Facebook and Instagram ads were profitable for a while and are slowly drifting backwards, it is almost always one of these four issues. We see them in roughly 9 out of 10 audits.
-
01
Advantage+ on autopilot
Meta's algorithm scales whatever conversion data you feed it, even when that data is wrong, your product mix is unprofitable, or the audience signals are pointing the wrong way. Without deliberate setup, ASC quietly burns spend on the wrong people.
-
02
Creative fatigue, slow and silent
The same three ads have been running for six months. Frequency is sitting above five, CPMs are creeping up every week, and ROAS has been quietly dropping. Without a structured creative pipeline, the account gets stale faster than the dashboard makes obvious.
-
03
Pixel and Conversions API broken or missing
Duplicated events, missing CAPI, double-counted purchases, or iOS 17 attribution gaps. Meta is then optimising against ghost signals, sending budget to the wrong audience and reporting numbers that look fine but do not match the bank account.
-
04
Boosted posts instead of structured testing
Random "boosts" on whatever organic post performed, no proper campaign structure, no audience refreshing, no creative testing framework. The account looks busy in Ads Manager but is not actually learning anything from the spend.
Two objectives. Every Meta format that drives them.
We build campaigns around the only two things you actually want from Meta Ads: more sales or more qualified leads. Everything else is a tactic that sits inside one of those two buckets.
Sales
For ecommerce stores. Drive purchases on Facebook and Instagram with the formats that turn the algorithm into a profitable scaling engine.
-
Advantage+ Shopping (ASC) Algorithmic ecom campaigns built on a clean Catalogue and the right exclusion logic so spend goes to the right buyers.
-
Catalogue & Dynamic Product Ads Product feed-driven ads that show the right product to the right viewer, including lookalike-fed cold prospecting and DPA retargeting.
-
Retargeting Custom audiences from site visitors, video viewers and engagers, with exclusion windows that stop ad fatigue from existing customers.
-
Creative & UGC UGC video briefs, founder-led content, statics, carousels and motion. A steady pipeline of new ads so fatigue never gets a chance to set in.
-
Instagram & Reels Ads Reels-first creative and Story placements that read as content, built for the placement instead of resized from a Facebook feed ad.
Leads
For service businesses, B2B and high-consideration purchases. Capture qualified leads at a steady cost per acquisition that your sales team can keep up with.
-
Lead Generation Forms Native in-platform forms with qualifying questions and instant CRM hand-off. Lowest friction capture for top-of-funnel leads.
-
Conversion Campaigns Conversion campaigns to a proper landing page where the lead quality bar is higher and intent matches what your sales team wants to talk to.
-
Lookalike Audiences Lookalikes modelled from your closed-won customers, not just any form fill, so Meta scales toward people who actually buy.
-
Warm-Audience Retargeting Re-engagement campaigns to engaged Instagram and Facebook users, video viewers, and previous form visitors who did not convert.
-
Creative & UGC Trust copy, social proof, problem-and-solution video, and client story creative tuned for service buyers, not generic ecom UGC.
The same platform, two completely different playbooks.
An ecom store chasing a 4x ROAS and a service business chasing $40 leads need very different campaign structures, creative formats and tracking setups. We do not blur the two.
Ecommerce
- Primary KPI: ROAS and contribution margin
- Tracking: Pixel + Conversions API, server-side events, GA4
- Catalogue: Health checks, custom audiences from product feed
- Creative: UGC video, founder-led content, carousels, statics for testing
- Scaling lever: Bigger creative volume, broader audiences, ASC budget lifts
Lead Generation
- Primary KPI: Cost per qualified lead and booked job
- Tracking: Lead form CAPI, CRM integration, offline conversions
- Targeting: Detailed targeting plus Lookalikes, exclusions for prior leads
- Creative: Trust copy, social proof, problem and solution video
- Scaling lever: Better lead quality feedback, sharper Lookalikes, landing page CRO
Four steps from messy account to predictable revenue.
No 90-day onboarding marathons. We move quickly because every week of broken tracking or stale creative is a week of wasted spend.
Audit
Full account, Pixel, Conversions API, Catalogue and creative audit. We map every campaign against its actual return, find broken or duplicated events, and surface the spend going to fatigued ads or unqualified audiences.
Strategy
We agree the conversion events that actually count, set realistic ROAS or CPL targets by funnel stage, and lock in the creative pipeline cadence. Every dollar has a job before we go to build.
Build
New campaign structure, clean ad sets, proper exclusion logic, fixed Pixel and CAPI, healthy Catalogue and a first wave of creative ready to launch. Everything passes a launch checklist before a single dollar runs.
Optimise & Scale
Weekly active management. Creative refresh, audience rotation, budget reallocation toward winning ad sets, and a steady drumbeat of new ads to outpace fatigue. Monthly reporting that explains what changed and why, in plain English.
The Meta stack, fully integrated.
We work natively across the platforms that decide whether your campaigns succeed or fail.
Six commitments we make on every account.
Full account ownership stays with you
Your Meta Business Manager, Pixel, Catalogue and Ad Account are yours, on your billing, with admin access. We work inside your assets, not around them.
You speak directly to the strategist
No layered account management. The person reviewing your ad sets and creative is the person you email and meet with.
Transparent monthly reporting
One clear report covering revenue, ROAS or CPL, creative performance, what we changed, and what we are testing next. No vanity metrics.
Month-to-month management
No 12-month lock-in contracts. We earn the next month by performing in the current one.
Tracking we will actually trust
Before any optimisation, we validate Pixel, Conversions API and event match quality. If your data is wrong, every decision after it is wrong.
Honest scope, honest pricing
If Meta Ads is not the right channel for your business right now, we will tell you. Saving you wasted spend is more valuable than winning a retainer.
Real campaigns, real revenue.

RedGum Camping
Professionalised the account, consolidated structure for faster learning, and let the algorithm scale on a proven creative engine.
RedGum Camping was founded by three engineers to create durable, outback-proof utility bags. Despite having great products, they struggled with inconsistent Meta Ads results due to a lack of marketing experience and were navigating a forced rebrand.
We guided their transition to Shopify and launched a consolidated Meta Ads campaign structure to maximise algorithm learning on a smaller initial budget. We also provided active CRO improvements and ongoing creative direction. The campaigns gained immediate traction, quickly climbing to a 4.5x ROAS, then settled consistently above 6x. The ads delivered such strong daily sales that multiple product lines completely sold out, allowing us to confidently scale ad spend by over 380% while maintaining high profitability.
Sticky Vinyl
Launched Advantage+ campaigns alongside organic-style UGC video, then scaled spend without sacrificing efficiency.
Sticky Vinyl is a proudly Australian business that empowers creators and small businesses with premium, easy-to-use custom vinyl decals. When they partnered with us in February 2024, their primary goal was to confidently scale their advertising spend without sacrificing their strong return on investment.
For Meta Ads, we launched highly efficient Advantage+ campaigns and guided the production of organic-style video and UGC content to drive conversions. We also incrementally scaled Performance Max and Search on Google, and revamped their Klaviyo abandoned cart, welcome series and back-in-stock automations. Over two years, we scaled their Meta Ads revenue by 256% and Google Ads revenue by 181%, achieving peak efficiency as the budget grew.
Banksia Blue Studio
Audited and consolidated Facebook campaigns, found new profitable audiences, and scaled spend at the same ROAS.
Banksia Blue reached out to us as they wanted to grow their business but were not sure where or how to do so. They were already running Facebook ads and getting okay results, but thought they could be getting more out of it. They also had not tested Google Ads but were open to it.
We initially audited and consolidated the Facebook campaigns, allowing us to find new profitable audiences and scale the ad spend at similar ROAS. We also launched extremely targeted Google Search and PMax campaigns as a way of reaching a new audience while still achieving a profitable ROAS. The combined result was a 104% increase in website revenue and a 99% increase in Facebook ad revenue.
Common questions before you book a call.
How much should I spend on Meta Ads to start?
It depends on your industry, average order value and how mature the account is. As a rough guide, most ecommerce stores we onboard start somewhere between $3,000 and $15,000 per month, and most lead-gen accounts start between $1,500 and $5,000 per month. We will give you a realistic budget recommendation in your free audit, including what we expect that spend to return.
Do I need to sign a long-term contract?
No. Our Meta Ads management is month to month. We do not believe in locking clients into 12-month deals to protect retainer revenue. If we are not delivering, you should be free to leave.
Who actually owns the ad account?
You do. Always. Your Meta Business Manager, Ad Account, Pixel and Catalogue are set up under your business, on your billing, with you as admin. We are added as a managed user. If we ever part ways, every campaign, audience and creative asset stays with you.
Do you produce the ad creative as well?
Yes. Creative is at least half of Meta Ads performance now, so we treat it as part of the service. We brief and direct UGC video, build statics and carousels, and run a steady creative pipeline so the account never stalls because the same three ads are still running.
How quickly will I see results?
Most accounts see meaningful improvements in the first 4 to 8 weeks once tracking is fixed, structure is rebuilt and the first wave of new creative goes out. Real scaling typically kicks in around month 3 once Meta has clean conversion data to learn from. We tell you up front what is realistic in your industry.
Can you take over an existing Meta Ads account?
Yes, and this is the most common starting point. We audit what is running, keep the ad sets that are profitable, rebuild the ones that are not, fix any Pixel or CAPI gaps, and then layer in fresh creative so the account starts learning again from clean data.
Find out exactly where your spend is leaking.
Send through your account and we will run a full audit at no cost. You will get a written report covering wasted spend, tracking issues, creative fatigue, structural problems and the highest-impact fixes we would make in the first 30 days. No obligation, no high-pressure follow up.
