How long before my first email actually goes out?
Most clients see their first automated flow live inside 2 to 3 weeks. A fresh campaign can go out in the first week if you already have a platform set up and authenticated. We never hold you to a "launch date" 8 weeks away.
Do I need to change email platforms?
Almost never. We work with whatever you are already paying for. If your platform genuinely can't do what you need (rare), we will tell you, show you the options, and handle the migration for you cleanly.
Who writes the emails?
We do. Every email is written by a senior copywriter in your brand voice, using a short interview we run at the start of the project. You approve every send before it goes out until you trust us to send without review.
How big does my list need to be for email to be worth it?
